SHIPPING & CHARGES We do not levy shipping charges, handling fees, or other fees related to processing and filling an order. However, we may sometimes charge a fee if we have to process a refund (see below). We "deliver" our products as follows.1. The Valuator is available in The "Subscribers Only" section of the Web site. Some information is immediately viewable when you enter the section dedicated to The Valuator. The spreadsheet is also available for download there by clicking on a link. The Valuator's eight lists of its top 44 ranked stocks for lowest PE ratio, lowest PEG ratio, highest dividend yield, and so on, are both viewable and downloadable. The Valuator is also available in hard copy for $95 (delivered by the U.S. Postal Service and paid for by check only). 2. StockAlerts is viewable on the site. Subscribers may copy or print the alert lists for their own use. 3. Stops is sent as an e-mail attachment. We do not send copies on a CD, but you may make a backup copy for your own use. You must have Microsoft's Excel on your computer in order to use it. Even though most of our products are delivered electronically (as described above), for legal, service, and communication reasons we do require you to provide your name, physical address, postal code, e-mail address, and telephone number. This information is required as part of the ordering process. REFUND POLICY Stock Disciplines does not charge a "refund processing fee." However, your credit card company may charge us much more to process a refund than the rate they charge us for processing your purchase (there may also be a fee levied by the company that interfaces between Stock Disciplines and your credit card company), and we would have to pass those fees along to you. Therefore, in order to avoid those expenses, we pay all refunds by check (unless you specifically ask us to have your credit card company process the refund). The refund check we send you will be for the amount we charged you minus the fee your credit card company charged us when you placed your order. For first-time subscribers to The Valuator or StockAlerts, refunds are available any time during the first 30 days after the beginning date of the subscription. In the event that you cancel a subscription, we will deduct only the amount that your credit card company charged us when you paid for the subscription--if we can pay the refund by check. For first-time Stops licensees, refunds are available any time within 30 days from the date we send the tool. The day we send Stops to you will count as the first day. Customers will be sent Stops with a temporary license activation code that will enable the tool to function for the first 30 days of the license term. If there is no cancellation by the end of the 30th day, we will send a new license activation code for the remainder of the year. There are no refunds after this license activation code has been sent. There is no way for us to turn Stops off once a person has both the tool and a valid activation code. If a customer pays by credit card and cancels within the first 30 days after we send the tool, we will deduct only the amount that the credit card company charged us when the payment was made (if we are permitted to pay the refund by check rather than process it through the credit card company). (To see the license Agreement, click on Agreement) Credit card payment is fast and efficient. We can begin a subscription or license almost immediately if you use a credit card. We do not charge extra for a purchase made with a credit card, and we are willing to pay the fee charged by a credit card company when a purchase is made. The only time credit card payment could cost more for you is if you ask for a refund and also ask that the refund be processed by your credit card company. In that event, we will pass along to you all processing fees. Otherwise, we pay refunds by check and avoid all "refund processing" fees. If we are permitted to pay a refund by check, we deduct from the full refund amount only the amount of the original fee that the credit card company charged us when payment was made. Some people prefer to pay by check rather than use a credit card. We will accept payment by check. Make checks payable to Stock Disciplines, LLC. Because we deliver all our products electronically, they are especially susceptible to piracy. We believe most people are honest and that piracy is committed unintentionally. To clarify issues for people who might otherwise commit unintentional piracy, we require ALL customers to send us a "Promise & Affirmation" note. Before we send ANY product, we must receive a "Promise and Affirmation" note by e-mail to which the customer has affixed his or her name (a typed name is acceptable).
