"At this point you just need to obtain your SSL certificate. The SSL certificate is generally a zip file.
Once you have the SSL certificate, please click here to submit the form to upgrade your site. StoresOnline needs to apply the SSL certificate to your website, this is not something you can do.
I am not aware of any directories that have to be created in this process. You just need to save the files on your c drive so you can upload them for the HTTPS submission."

Your SSL is awaiting approval via admin@stockdisciplines.com. I have resent the approval email to this address. Please follow the instructions in the email to approve and issue the SSL.

The email address to use is stockdisciplines@earthlink.net. That is the address I put on my application and it is the only one by which I can receive anything from you

The validation email can be sent *only* to the domain wHois email address, or one of the five generic domain-based email addresses, which are admin@, administrator@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, webmaster@
It is not possible to send the validation for an SSL to a custom email address.
For this SSL, admin@stockdisciplines.com was selected as the validation email address during the SSL activation, which is why the validation email was sent there.
If none of the domain-related generic e-mails are accessible, I can suggest alternative validation methods that involve either setting up a CNAME record in the DNS records of the domain or uploading a text file into a special folder, created on the hosting server.

The zip that they are asking for (with the SSL itself) is sent after the validation is complete. The step that I am referring to is needed to confirm that you have control of the domain name. This is a requirement to issue a trusted SSL certificate. The validation is usually done via one of the domain-related generic email addresses, by uploading a special file to the hosting server, or creating a special CNAME record in the DNS settings of the domain name.
If you wish, I can send you the details for both file upload and DNS validation so your Host can complete one of them. This way you will receive the SSL files that they are asking for.

This is the verification file for HTTP (file upload) validation. This file needs to be uploaded to the hosting server in such a way that it would be accessible using a direct link, which is http://stockdisciplines.com/.well-known/pki-validation/4A5E733E5BBEBA80E4F064303A598854.txt
This file contains the values for the CNAME verification record that needs to be set in the DNS settings of the domain name.

Once your host has completed one of these actions (either uploaded the file or created the verification CNAME record) please let us know, we will force the validation of the SSL and send it to you.
