E-mail: Please e-mail us through the e-mail function lower on this page.  Otherwise, your e-mail may be deleted without being read.  We have experienced viral attack when opening e-mail sent from outside our system.  We believe such attacks are automated.  Automatons cannot "understand" our verifier images.  Therefore, we know that any e-mail sent to us from within our Web site will have been sent by a real person who can see and understand the verifier image.

We will be glad to answer questions and give free technical support by phone.  However, we will not accept collect calls (we would have to charge more for our products if we did).  If you pay your own phone bill, we will assist you with any problems you may have with one of our products.  Normally, a call for assistance does not take very long.

Though you will send your "Promise and Affirmation" by e-mail from this page of our Web site, you must not use this e-mail function to place an order.  Do NOT send us credit card information or place orders via this e-mail site.  Credit card issuers require special coding on e-commerce credit card orders.  That coding is added automatically if you place a desired item in the "Shopping Cart," complete the required order forms, and place your order from that location.  We do not take credit card orders over the phone.

 Promise and Affirmation

If you are ordering Stops, you must affirm that you have read and agree to the terms of the License Agreement for that product.  It contains information on refunds, activation of Stops, and other matters.  To see the License Agreement for Stops, click on the blue "AGREEMENT" link below the "Promise & Affirmation" (it's just under "Thank you").  It is easy to read and is about one page long in standard print (print is enlarged here for easier reading on a computer).  To review our refund policy, select "Fees & Refunds" on the navigation bar located at the left side of any page and then scroll down to "Refund Policy."   The "Promise and Affirmation" is required of all customers before we send any product (click on NOTICE for an explanation of this).  Please follow these steps before you place your order:
  1. Enter your name in the first box in the form at the bottom of this page. This name must be the same as that of the person placing the order and the one who will be the only authorized user.
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the second box of the form.
  3. Copy and paste the following "Promise and Affirmation" in the "Message/Documents/Questions" box of the form) and add your full name.  You may type your name but it must be the same as the name in the first box.

 

The Required Wording for the "Promise and Affirmation" 

I promise that I will not forward, send, or otherwise provide a copy, in whole or in part, of The Valuator, StockAlerts, or Stops to any other person, company, or entity.  If I am ordering Stops, I affirm that I have read and agree to the terms of the License Agreement for that product.  If I am given access to information by the use of a password or access code, I will not share that password or access code with any other person or entity.  My name is
